GARY LEE BOAS SHOOTING STARS - Episode 12 Geraldine Page

In this, the last episode of GARY LEE BOAS SHOOTING STARS season 2, Gary tells us a touching story about the Academy Award winning actress Geraldine Page.

Gary Lee Boas is an American photographer and author best known for his photos of the famous. Throughout the 1960s, 70s and 80s he spent his time photographing celebrities and stars. Always more an amateur bird-watcher than paparazzi Boas' photos have a freshness and fanboy charm that has elevated his work to the status of art.

"Boas is what Andy Warhol might have been if, instead of aiming for that job in New York, he had stayed put in Pittsburgh with his mother".  -- John Waters
